Sharing on the Activity Ideas Wall
You’re always in control. Every photo you share is yours, and you can remove it whenever you like. One tap on “Delete my photo” while you’re a member, or a quick email to us anytime after, even long after you’ve left the club. It stays only as long as you’re happy for it to, and it’s gone the moment you decide otherwise. Deleting removes it from the wall and our storage right away.
Your photos stay yours. By sharing a photo you’re letting the club show it to fellow members on the Activity Ideas Wall, the club’s growing collection of activity ideas. What you share quietly goes on inspiring other parents for as long as you leave it there. If you also tick the optional email box, we may feature it in club emails. Otherwise it never leaves the members-only wall.
Photos with or without your child: you decide. You know your family best. Share the activity, the tray, the shelf, busy hands, or a moment with your child in it. By uploading a photo of your child you confirm you’re the parent, or that you have the parent’s permission. If you’d rather keep faces off the wall, photos of the setup alone are perfect too.
Please share only photos you took yourself (or have clear permission to share), and check the background for anything personal: names on artwork, documents, addresses.
A note on honesty: the wall is visible to fellow club members. We remove location data from every photo and never show your email. But as with anything online, we can’t technically prevent another member from taking a screenshot. Share what you’re comfortable with.
How the magic works: when you upload a photo, it’s processed by our AI assistant (Anthropic’s Claude) to suggest a title and tags and to check the photo follows these rules. Anthropic processes it under a data protection agreement and doesn’t use it to train AI models. Photos are stored securely in the EU.
House rules: photos must relate to children’s activities and family life with young children. Anything else may be removed by our team. If you see something that shouldn’t be there, use the Report button. The photo is hidden immediately and reviewed by a person.
