From Little Shifts to Big Moves: Guiding Children Through Transitions

with
Blanca Sanchez, Regina Lulka

Big or small, change is difficult - especially for young children.

Whether it’s starting school, moving to a new home, welcoming a sibling, or just shifting from playtime to mealtime… transitions can bring big feelings. And as adults, it’s not always easy to know how to help.

In this gentle, honest conversation, Regina and Blanca will guide us through how to support children emotionally and practically through life’s changes — from the everyday kind to the big, disruptive ones. You’ll leave feeling more prepared, grounded, and connected to your child’s needs in moments of transition.

Transitions are a part of every child’s life — but they don’t have to feel overwhelming.

This LiveTalk is for parents, caregivers, and educators who want to show up with more empathy, clarity, and confidence in moments that often feel chaotic. You’ll walk away with tools that are simple, respectful, and rooted in what children really need to feel safe through change.

Join us live and be part of the conversation.
