Madhuri Prasad, a software engineer by profession, transitioned to early childhood education with a profound aspiration to prioritize children’s holistic development in educational settings. Her journey began in 2013 with an Online Montessori course at the Indian Montessori Center, focusing on children aged Birth to 6 years, igniting her passion for child development. Subsequently, she started working as a Montessori Guide in a vibrant Toddler’s Community while pursuing a Diploma in Assistants to Infancy (Birth to 3 years) from the Association Montessori Internationale (AMI). Simultaneously, she is pursuing a Bachelor’s in Education to augment her pedagogical expertise.

Her pursuit of knowledge extended to older children, driving her to achieve Assistant’s Certification for Children’s House and Elementary Programs from AMI. Currently serving as an Educational Consultant, Madhuri utilizes her expertise to guide educators in Montessori theory tailored for children aged Birth to 3 years, creating conducive learning environments across varied educational settings. Beyond this, she operates “Little Leaps,” a parent mentoring platform offering invaluable support to families navigating their parenting journey. Madhuri’s commitment lies in curating nurturing educational spaces that empower both children and caregivers, fostering an educational odyssey focused on holistic growth.
