This is a practical and engaging workshop that focuses on using the simple fundamentals of Montessori’s work to create empowering spaces at home and at school.

Mariana is an experienced and passionate advocate for supporting children and caregivers during life’s most critical years of development. Mariana has over a decade of work in Montessori classrooms, is a former Montessori school leader, and has supported over 2000 families with group and 1:1 support through her program The PEACE Program. She is also the author of the award-winning book, Babies Build Toddlers: A Montessori Guide to Parenting the First 18 Months. Through The PEACE Program, she works with families and educators in service of the liberation of the child from oppressive systems that constrain the child’s ability to develop as they are trying to.

Lucie Brixí Tamášová is first of all a mother of three (+two) children. She has made a significant impact through her NGO, Centrum Dialog, which provides education to underprivileged children in Kenya and Guinea. She is also the owner of Montessorihracky.cz, a shop specializing in Montessori materials and didactical toys. Lucie’s passion for empowering children extends beyond her NGO work; she is the founder of the Childhood Potential Conference and Montessori Parenting courses. As a fervent Montessori enthusiast, Lucie is committed to connecting people and ensuring the Montessori message reaches a global audience by bringing the best speakers to her events. Her work reflects a profound dedication to creating a brighter future for children across the globe.
