She practiced part-time Elimination Communication (EC) with her first two children and started from birth with her third, achieving diaper-free days by her first birthday. Nicole hosts the Go Diaper Free podcast and coordinates the Certified Coach Program. She is passionate about helping families succeed with potty training, especially those who missed the EC window. Nicole shares practical pottying tips and busts myths about toilet training readiness on social media. She lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her family and their rescue boxer.
