Preparing a Toddler Classroom Environment

Katelynn Johnson

Description

This workshop will dive into how to plan and prepare your own Montessori classroom, focusing largely on the developmental materials we use with walking children and their educational aims. Specifically we will go over changes in the environment when babies become toddlers, the practical life stations in the classroom, materials for language-learning, and key materials for the sensitive periods in the toddler development timeline.
